shredded beef tacos

This is a nice twist to the same ol ground beef tacos.

1 1/2 - 2lb - Chuck Roast
1 - Packet Taco Seasoning Mix (I use Taco Bell)
1 - Cup Pace Picante Sauce (Mild or Medium)
taco shells and other desired taco toppings.

Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over roast and then pour picante sauce on top. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or till tender. Remove meat to cutting board; shred beef with two forks. Place shredded meat back in slow cooker to keep warm or place in a bowl and serve with your favorite Taco Toppings.
