Now that it is grilling season I would like to share this tasty and simple chicken marinade.
1 tsp lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Chicken breasts
Put chicken and ingredients in a zip-lock bag and refrigerate 2-8 hours.
