Very simple and tasty butter creme frosting for any cake.
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp milk
mix powdered sugar and butter. Stir in vanilla nad 1 tbsp milk. Beat with hand mixer until smooth. If frosting is to stiff add another tbsp milk and beat again until smooth.frosts one 9x13 cake. frosting can be refrigerated several weeks
