This is a very quick and tasty dip.
1 pkg softened Cream Cheese
1 can Black Beans
1 can Rotel
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.I like to serve this dip with tostitos scoops.
