Fiesta Dip

This is a simple dip that is perfect for any get together.

2 cups of sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 can chopped green chiles or jalapenos
1 envelope of fiesta ranch dip mix
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend

Optional garnish- sliced olives,green onions,diced tomatoes,shredded lettuce.

In a shallow microwave safe dish combine the sour cream,beans,chiles and dip mix.Stir in 1 cup of cheese and cover and microwave for 2 mins. Stire and cook 1 1/2 mins longer.Mix well and top with remaining cheese and other desired ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
