3 shredded chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken
1 cup of chicken broth
pepper to taste
Stir and and let simmer.
Make about 4 cups cooked rice-or whatever is enough for your family.
Possible toppings:
pineapple
shredded cheese
green onions
tomatoes
chow mein noodles
slivered almonds
celery
coconut
Layer rice and chicken mixture, and then top with favorites! Yum!
