(use for Kabobs or regular Grilled Chicken)
3 lb. Chicken breasts
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 can Sprite or 7-Up
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Marinade at least 6 hours or overnight for best flavor. I like to use a zip lock bag to marinate.
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes before making kabobs-this will prevent them from catching on fire.Cube Chicken
Cube kielbasa sausage
slice red onion, green and red pepper
add to skewer and grill!! Yum!
