BBQ Chicken salad

2 chicken breasts-marinated in BBQ sauce
1 head Romain lettuce and 1/2 of an iceberg lettuce-chopped
1 can corn-rinsed and drained
1 black beans-rinsed and drained
1 tomato-diced
1/2 cup green onion-chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup mozzarella cheese-grated
1 lime
Ranch dressing
BBQ sauce
Tortilla Chips
While grilling up the chicken breasts, chop up lettuce, tomato, green onion, and cilantro. Then add cheese, corn and black beans. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to salad. Mix and serve. I top each individual salad with a little BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and a little bit of juice from a lime. Then add chips! Yum!
