Beef and Bean Enchiladas

I got this recipe from my friend Sarah and I will be making it soon !

1/2 Cup Lean Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 can (16 ounces) black beans or pinto beans
1 cup Salsa
6 tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (20 ounces) enchilada sauce

cook ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet until meat is now longer pink, about 4 minutes. drain off any extra fat

add beans with liquid and 1/2 cup salsa to cooked meat. cook over low heat for 10 minutes

spoon 1/2 cup of beef and bean mixture on each tortilla. top with remaining salsa and cheese. Roll up tortillas

Place tortillas, seam-side down, in a greased baking dish

pour enchilada sauce over all the tortillas. bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes.
