* 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1/2 cup purchased sweet and sour sauce
* 1/2 cup purchased barbecue sauce
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot cooked rice or couscous. 6 servings
This would be great over rice or with mashed potatoes on the side. Round it out with some mixed veggies.
