Cran-pistachio cookies
These cookies sound amazing!I cannot wait to make them soon.
recipe source - Betty crocker
1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1 box (4 serving size) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup dry roasted salted pistachio nuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
optional - green food coloring (I didn't add any but if you wanted them extra green you could)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl stir cookie mix, pudding, and flour. Add melted butter and eggs and stir until incorporated.
Add pistachios and cranberries and mix well.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. The only way you can ruin these cookies is to overbake them! If you bake them too long you will lose the soft texture and they won't be as green. They will not look done but take them out and let them sit on the pan for about 2 minutes. Trust me.
Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

Nutella no bake cookies
I love nutella and when i seen this recipe I figured i had to try them out soon.
Here is the recipe for these MELT IN YOUR MOUTH Nutella No Bake Cookies:
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk (2% or whole milk works best)
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal (I used quick cooking)
1/2 cup of Nutella (or you could substitute creamy peanut butter, but I don't know why you would)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a medium sized sauce pan, NOT a nonstick pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, milk and cocoa powder. Stir to incorporate once the sugar starts to dissolve. Leaving the heat on medium, let the mixture come to a rolling boil. Once it starts boiling, set the timer for four minutes and cook exactly for that long. While it's boiling, you're gonna want to continuely stir it. Just make sure you use a long handled wooden spoon or a VERY heat proof rubber spatula. Once the timer goes off, remove from heat (I always set the pot on a pot holder or trivet) and stir in the Nutella. Make sure you get it completely incorporated before adding the vanilla and oats. Once everything is is mixed thoroughly IMMEDIATELY start spooning the mixture onto the waxed paper. I would recommend using a teaspoon, as these are VERY rich and would make the perfect bite sized sweet treat. Let them set until they are cooled. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week - 10 days
