Tender roast and veggies

This is a very simple and tasty roast.

1 beef roast
potatoes
Carrots
Beef Gravy (10 ounce can)
Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Peel and cut up carrots and potatoes, place on top of Roast. Pour gravy over all and cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Try not to open the lid because it takes about twenty minutes to recover the heat if you do.Recipe courtesy of southern plate
