came across this yummy recipe in one of my older cookbooks. They are so yummy !
4 oz cream cheese softened
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup thawed cool whip
20 chips ahoy cookies
Bakers dipping chocolate ( I just use melted chocolate chips)
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer. Stir in cool whip and put a a tbs of mixture onto a cookie. top with another cookie and dip one end of the cooking into the melted chocolate. Put on cookie sheet and freeze 3 hours before serving.
