Apple oatmeal

This is great for brunches or an easy breakfast on the weekends.

2 cups milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp real butter - no butter substitute
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped apples
1/2 c chopped walnuts
2 tbsp brown sugar

Mix together all ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Serve with milk ! You can also add raisin for a great taste.
