This is great for brunches and it is very easy to make !
6 eggs beaten
1 pound bulk sausage browned and drained
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
8 slices bread torn into pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Mix all ingredients together in a grease slow cooker. except mozzarella cheese. sprinkle mozzarella over the top. cover and cook on high 2 hours then 1 hour on low.
