Santa Fe Soup

This soup is very good !

1 lb velveeta cubed
1 lb ground beef browned and drained
1 can corn undrained
1 can kidney beans undrained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp dry taco seasoning
corn chips

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except corn chips.Cover and cook on high 3 hours. Serve with corn chips on the side and a dollop of sour cream on top. I like to add a little cilatro on mine. Sometimes i substitute the ground beef for chicken .
