Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are very good !
2 lb. red potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Make It

PLACE potatoes in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.

DRAIN potatoes; return to saucepan.

ADD remaining ingredients; mash until light and fluffy.
