Coney Sauce

I seen this recipe online and will be trying it out soon !

1 large onion
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
1-1/2 cup ketchup
2-1/2 lbs. ground beef
NOTE: Can be doubled or tripled.

Brown ground beef, drain and add to crock pot. Chop large onion. Saute' with 1-1/2 Tbsp. butter until soft. Add to crock with all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over hot hot dogs.
