My Sister inlaw Missy makes her chicken taco's like this and they are so yummy. This is the only way i do mine now. I like to serve it with the mexican rice recipe you can find here on my blog.
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope taco seasoning - i like to use taco bell chipotle seasoning
1/2 vegetable oil
1/2 c water
1 ziploc bag
Place taco seasoning,water and vegetable oil in the ziploc bag add chicken breasts and shake well to coat. Marinate in fridge for 1-2 hrs.Than cook the chicken how you prefer to do it. We usually grill it on the bbq than slice it into thin pieces for tacos.
