1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4), quartered
1/2 cup sour cream
4 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
COOK potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain.
MASH potatoes. Add sour cream, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
STIR in cheese.
