Chicken Capri Pasta
Photo from kraft foods
I love the new philadelphia cooking cremes. They are found next to the cream cheese at the grocery store. There is 4 different ones to chose from and they are quick and easy.
1 lb.boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 cup halved red pepper strips - I leave these out
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 tub(10 oz.)PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
2 cups hot cooked angel hair pasta - I use linguine
1/4 cupKRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
* I like to add some fresh spinach and add it in the same time as the broccoli
Cook and stir chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in broccoli; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan
