This caramel sauce is great over cake or ice cream !
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 c whipping cream
1/4 c corn syrup
1 tbls butter
2 tsp cinnamon
In a lg saucepan heat all ingds to boiling,stirring constantly. reduce heat and simmer,uncovered for about 5 mins. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce
