1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
2 tsp Dijon mustard, whole-grain preferred
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup(s) water
4 Tbsp olive oil
* In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and water. Slowly pour in oil, whisking the dressing at the same time. Yields about 1 tablespoon per serving.
