quick and easy parmesan chicken

This is a favorite at our house! I like to serve it with cheese toast and noodles with butter,garlic and parmesan cheese.

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts- pounded out thin
1 egg beaten
1 cup italian bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
oil for deep frying

preheat oven to 350
Pound the chicken breasts until they are about an inch thick.( i put the chicken in between saran wrap and beat it with a rolling pin ) In a shallow dish beat and egg and add salt and pepper.In another dish add the bread crumbs. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and than the bread crumbs. Fry in a fryin pan with shallow vegetable oil. Cook until golden brown on each side. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese. Bake 20 mins or until cheese is brown and bubbly
