Pepperidge farm chicken

This is a super easy and yummy way to make chicken.Serve it with a baked potato and a veggie and you have a great meal.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 - 8 oz.pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix, crushed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix mayonnaise,mustard and butter. Dip each chicken breast into mixture and roll in stuffing mix to coat well. Place in a sprayed or lightly oiled baking dish. If any stuffing is left over, mix with remaining dip mixture and sprinkle around chicken. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until browned.
