Mexican cream cheese chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 can black beans drained
1 bag frozen corn
1 8 oz block of cream cheese softened cubed

Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add a jar of salsa, a can of drained black beans, and a bag of frozen corn. Put on low for 6 hours- till done.Than add the cubed cream cheese and cook on low another 30 mins or until cream cheese is melted. Mix well and serve in warm tortillas or over rice ! If i serve them in tortillas i shredd the chicken a little with a fork.
