Buffalo chicken pasta

I found this recipe in a crockpot group that i belong to and it is so yummy !

4 boneless chicken breasts
salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
2 cups cream of chicken soup
1/2 c wing sauce
3 c uncooked penne pasta
1 c crumbled blue cheese
2 c sour cream
1 c shredded mozzerella

Season chicken with salt,pepper,garlic powder.Place in a crockpot add soup and wing sauce mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. At the end add sour cream,shredded cheese and half of the blue cheese tun cp to low and cook another hour. Serve over cooked pasta and top with the rest of the blue cheese.
