This is a nice change to the same old shake and bake pork chops.
1 c ketchup
1/2 can beer
1.4 c brown sugar
4 pork chops
preheat oven to 350
In a bowl combine ketchup,brown sugar and beer.Pour into a baking dish and put chops on top. Salt and pepper to taste. bake for 1 hour
