This is a great alternative to grilling !
6 fresh bratwurst or polish sausage
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbs olive oil
12 oz can beer of your choice
Brown sausages and garlic in olive oil.Pierce sausages and cook 5 more mins. put in slow cooker and cover with beer.Cook on low 6-7 hrs
