2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 cups beef broth or water
In a skillet , brown and drain ground beef. Place ground beef and remaining ingredients into slow cooker,stir well. Cover and cook on low 6 to 12 hours. Serve over toasted hamburger buns.
